Vacuum Coating
Vacuum coating technology allows for the application of three or four sides of sticks, profiles, baseboards, skirting boards, smooth, or shaped window frame components.
This technology is particularly suitable for the application of 100% UV or water based products. The machine can be configured by integrating hot air, infrared, and UV curing systems. High application accuracy and easy set-up together with productions speeds up to 300 fpm make it the ideal solution for finishing moldings and similar linear products.
